All Bridge Components Now Cut
Construction will begin shortly as all components have now been cut.

Rebuilding the Railway
Today I've designed the bridge which will carry the new line over the existing one and purchased the aluminium.

A New Embankment
After passing through the shed the new line descends on a low embankment on a gradient of 1:39.

| The embankment is made from Thermalite blocks. These were sawn to the angle of the gradient. The sloping sides are made from concrete. |

| After the embankment section the line will need to pass back over itself. Unfortunately there is a tree stump in the way! |
