Having got some of the railway running, I have decided it is time to plan how to bridge the gap in the figure-of-eight circuit.

Before the conservatory was added, there used to be a station on the edge of the patio. This disappeared under the extended area of slabs. The plan is to re-build the station, but this time to have an island platform at the lower level linked to a smaller platform at the higher level.

The aim is to implement the plan in time for my next open day on 28th July. I'm now writing a shopping list to take to the
G Scale Society 25th Anniversary Show.
