Thomas  is pulling the quarry train. It is a very important and highly responsible job. Unfortunately the explosives truck is very old and it should have been retired several years ago. It's a recipe for disaster! Can Thomas save the day?

Work is progressing on the next garden railway video

The next Thomas the Tank Engine video will be in two parts. I cannot reveal anything else as I've signed a non-disclosure form with the studios. Here are a few pictures taken this afternoon during a filming session.

Thomas Clears the Line

In Thomas and the Landslide the line was blocked by falling rocks and sand. It fell to Thomas, of course, to clear the line in time for Christmas.

The days leading up to Christmas are always very busy on the Sandwell Valley Railway. This year frost followed by very wet weather cause problems but the day is saved by three young children.
